Welcome to the new KISE SACCO member portal

KISE SACCO now runs on a modern, secure digital platform built around one simple idea: you should be able to see and manage your membership whenever you need to, without a trip to the office or a phone call to ask for a balance.

What you can do in the portal

• See every balance in real time — savings, BOSA deposits, share capital, welfare and any loans, all on one dashboard.
• Deposit with M-Pesa — choose an account, enter an amount and approve the prompt that appears on your phone. The deposit is posted as soon as M-Pesa confirms it.
• Apply for a loan — pick a product, see your instalment and charges before you submit, and invite your guarantors, who accept from their own portal.
• Track approvals — follow your application from appraisal to approval and disbursement.
• Download statements for any date range, and request withdrawals where your product allows them.
• Raise a support ticket and keep the whole conversation in one place.

Security that works for you

Because the portal gives access to your money, it is protected the way a bank would protect it:

• Two-factor authentication. Turn on an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy) under Two-factor security. Even if someone learns your password, they cannot sign in without your phone.
• Automatic sign-out. If you step away, your session ends after a short period of inactivity.
• Sign-in alerts. We notify you whenever your account is used from a new device, and you can sign out every other device with one click.
• Nothing sensitive is stored on your phone. Even the installed app always loads your data fresh and securely.

KISE SACCO staff will never ask for your password, PIN or verification code — not by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Install the app on your phone

You do not need an app store. Open the sign-in page in Chrome on Android, or Safari on iPhone, and tap Install KISE SACCO at the bottom left of the screen. On iPhone, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. The app opens full-screen, just like any other app.

Getting started

1. If you are a new member, apply online. Once approved, you will receive your member number by SMS.
2. Sign in with your email address or phone number and your password.
3. Turn on two-factor authentication — it takes about a minute.
4. Explore your dashboard, and read the portal user guide for step-by-step help.
